| I chose "Question from question library" above so the following screen shot displays all the libraries and their question content available to me. I added a question from the "Business" library. You can add multiple questions from any or all libraries to your survey. |

| Depending on the questions you select your recipients will be given easy-to-complete response options from a simple "yes/no" to a wider response curve as the following screen shot shows. You can even have "fill-in-the-blank" type responses. |

| After you've chosen all you questions, the Survey Tool puts it all together for you in a neat, editable list. Add more questions after a review, add an image to the question or an alert, require an answer or allow the participant to skip the question, number the questions or randomize them. You can even create a "Welcome Back" page for return visits or a "Thank You" page. The Survey Tool is not only simple to use, but amazing in its depth of focus. |
