Integrate Your BizActions Data With Your CRM System
BizActions keeps you in front of your clients, prospects and referral sources on a routine basis with timely, relevant and professionally-written articles. CRM Connectors enhance that communication by allowing you to track key data, such as reader interest in a newsletter article, from within your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software package.
Integration between BizActions and your CRM helps your partners, directors, relationship managers and sales team have access to accurate and real-time data, including Click Activity Reports, which detail a wealth of information about which newsletter articles have been read by newsletter recipients and are updated on a daily basis.
Additionally, your databases are synced on a daily basis, so that changes to prospect or client data in your CRM is updated in your BizActions database, and vice versa. Similarly, prospects you add to your CRM are added to your BizActions database nightly (and vice versa!).
BizActions is currently integrated with NetSuite.
