Telemarketing Position
BizActions is looking for a telemarketing professional! This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is goal oriented, sales focused, and looking to contribute to the overall sales success of the organization!
Qualified Candidates should have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of telemarketing or high volume Outbound telephone sales. Responsible for making outbound prospecting calls to market the firm?s services.
- Proven success in exceeding performance goals and have the ability to qualify leads.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Makes outbound prospecting calls
- Calls prospects to inform them of the BizActions services
- Schedules appointments for sales team
- Follows-up on calls with information packets and other marketing materials
- Enters and edits information in CRM system documenting results of prospecting calls
- Research prospects from websites, company directories, etc.
General Professional Development:
- Able to prioritize work and manage time
- Demonstrates pattern of positive interactions with other associates
- Demonstrates professional image, maturity, self-confidence and positive attitude
Educational/Technical Development:
- General educational development, including basic reading, writing and mathematics, consistent with completion of a high school curriculum
- Working knowledge of Netsuite CRM database is a plus
Communications Skills:
- Articulate in speech; communicates in a clear, fact-based manner
- Asks concise, targeted questions in order to fulfill objectives and task completion
- Proven effectiveness at communicating key elements of marketing message on the phone
